Information we collect
Information you provide. If you contact us through our contact form or by email, we receive the name, email address, and message you send so we can respond.
Images and files. When you use a tool, the image you upload or the image URL you provide is processed to perform the requested action (download, compress, convert, resize, crop, or remove background). Any temporary files created on our server are deleted automatically shortly after processing. We do not permanently store, sell, share, or use your images to train any artificial-intelligence system.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and third-party services automatically record standard log information such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring/exit pages, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Services and is generally not used to personally identify you.

Browser extension
Our Chrome browser extension (“Image Downloader”) runs only when you click its icon on a page. It reads the content of the current tab to list the images on that page and downloads the images you choose. The extension does not collect, store, or transmit your browsing history, personal information, or the images you download to us or any third party. Image data is fetched directly from the source only to preview images and to package your selection for download on your own device. Our handling of extension data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Services (such as hosting and analytics providers), with advertising partners as described above, and where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Data retention
Uploaded and processed images and their temporary files are deleted automatically shortly after processing. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Server logs and analytics data are retained for a limited period consistent with security and operational needs.
Your privacy rights
